Terms and Conditions 999hoki

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 999hoki ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 999hoki platform — including the website, mobile app, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the 999hoki.pro website, the 999hoki mobile app, and all services provided through them.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited, won, or credited into a Member's Account.
• "Wagering" refers to any betting or gaming activity conducted through the Platform.

This Agreement governs your full use of the Platform and supersedes any prior communications, agreements, or representations between you and 999hoki regarding the use of the Platform.

To use 999hoki services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of Platform use.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Not using the Platform on behalf of or with funds from a third party.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any business entity.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account only at 999hoki. This restriction covers the use of the same name, phone number, email address, residential address, identification number, bank account, IP address, or device to register more than one account.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, and valid email address.
• Creating a strong password and keeping it confidential at all times.
• Notify 999hoki immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when transaction values reach a certain threshold. Documents required for KYC include a valid copy of your identity card or passport and proof of current address.

All deposits to a 999hoki account must be made using a valid payment method registered in the same member's name. 999hoki does not accept deposits from third parties, including family members, friends, or any other entity.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.
• 999hoki does not bear any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or another method verified in the member's name through the KYC process.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set according to the payment method and displayed in the Withdrawal platform.
• 999hoki reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security and compliance review purposes.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses require the rollover conditions to be fully met before processing.

999hoki offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer carries specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer and should be read carefully before acceptance.

The general terms that apply to all 999hoki bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must be used for wagering first.

Use of the 999hoki Platform is subject to absolute prohibitions on the following conduct. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 999hoki support team. Valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal after the required review is completed, subject to applicable bonus and rollover conditions.

999hoki takes the privacy and protection of members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is managed in accordance with Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement.

• Collecting only the data necessary to provide services and meet compliance requirements.

999hoki provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranty that the Platform will operate without interruption or be entirely free of errors at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 999hoki shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Any actions taken based on information received through the Platform that proves to be inaccurate.

999hoki's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

999hoki is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe wagering should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal problems.

Our platform provides the following tools to help members play with greater control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposit amount.
